This is a no frills Mexican place with a menu that includes all the classics. The food taste is good. The price is very affordable. The place was clean. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the food was good, not great.

Called and they would not fix the order even though we said we'd give this garbage back.
Sadly won't be calling them anymore....I've loved them for years but nope....not good customer service
Easy place to order vegetarian / vegan! The tofu and salsa + soft tortillas are delicious :)
Moved to Staten Island recently and found Fresh Tortillas&Taco via a friend recommendation. It has quickly become one of my regular places to visit in New Dorp!! Reliable service and food, and never disappoints. I usually get the hard shell tacos (either chicken, steak, or tofu), and the chips&guac.
Customer service has gone downhill. These people have no empathy, & disrespectful. No one wants to eat food from a restaurant with such negativity. Will be calling BBB if there’s no change.
