I walked into this 7-11 at around 10:15pm -10:30pm on January 31st 2022. I wanted To make a cash deposit, the employees said after 6pm they take no more deposits. Okay understandable, i asked the Chinese lady for her name, she refused to give me her name then Said she will call the cops on me(by the way I’m a African American male, I’m sure she wouldn’t have called the cops if it was A caucasian male.). I asked another employee what’s her name and he also refused to give me her name, and then told me to go ask her.A argument then happened for roughly 10-15 minutes. This store needs to be shut down or needs new management, to many poor reviews on this store. I also Have video proof and filed a complaint to the 7-11 HR, if i could give this store a negative 5 rating i would. They definitely don’t deserve one star. Even if it’s true that you can do cash deposits after 6pm, all i asked for was her name, and she then threatened to call 9-11. 7-11 I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled, in my behalf i was getting angry and might have said a few bad things, but only because she threaten to call the cops on me, she should be trained to deescalate a situation. Not escalate it by calling the cops. Cause what if i got shot? All i wanted was the lady’s name, and she refused. 7-11 i want to hear back from you. I already Filed a case via telephone

I only had my passport. she wouldn't serve me. then got really rude and asked me to move out of the way. a kind gentleman saw and said to the women in charge " its kind of obvious she in her forties and said sorry to me for saying so. I was ok with his opinion since it was true, but the nasty lady still would not serve me. then went on to be super rude and telling me to move over. another gentleman and his wife wanted to know why she was being so mean. she said " I no mean", she can go another store. it was freezing cold. long story short she served three people while I searched for my license which I did find. she was so mad she complained under her breath. someone in store couldn't take her horrible treatment and bought me what I wanted. it was a pac of cigarettes. I gave him the money and a chocolate bar to thank him, but he didn't take the chocolate.he said it was his pleasure, and he felt it was his responsibility to stand for what was right. I know I should not smoke and trying to kick the habit. just had a moment weakness. ive passed there before and saw similar treatment.i was hesitant to go in, in fact. everyone in the store cheered for me, so that felt really great. ill never go there again. I hope this women realizes how horrible she treats customers, employees and changes her ways. as for me ill never return.it has a roach problem as well, I caught her yelling at her staff to clean up the coffee stand because they were crawling on the sticky creamers..... yuck! hope this helps. if it cleans up and I find out about it, ill return, but not until then. I WAS DOWNLOADING THE 7/11 APP AND I INFORMED THE STAFF MEMBER THAT IT WAS TAKING SOME TIME BECAUSE I HAD TO DELETE SOME THINGS TO FREE UP SPACE FOR THE APP. THE SECOND I FINALLY GOT THE APP INSTALLED I WAS APPROACHED BY STAFF WHO STATED I WAS THOUGHT TO BE STEALING BECAUSE I WAS WALKING AROUND THE STORE. THE APP HAS NO LESS THAN 6 DEADPOOL GAMES THAT YOU PLAY IN THE STORE AND AT LEAST ONE REQUIRES YOU TO WALK AROUND POINTING YOUR PHONE'S CAMERA AT THE FLOOR TO KILL ENEMIES. I FELT MY INITIAL EXPLANATION WAS ENOUGH NOT TO BE HARRASSED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER.I WILLINGLY, WITHOUT BEING ASKED,HANDED OVER MY PURSE FOR INSPECTION. THEN,IT WAS SAID ADDITIONALLY THAT IT WAS POSSIBLE I WAS STEALING BY WALKING AROUND USING MY 7/11 APP GAME AS A RUSE. I FEEL INSULTED. IM NO THUG OR DISRESPECTFUL CHILD.I AM A RESPECTABLE GRANDMOTHER. THESE GUYS NEED TO TRAIN THEIR EYES ON THE SECURITY CAMERAS INSTEAD OF COMING OUT FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER TO INTIMIDATE CUSTOMERS

It's one of several 7-Eleven's on Forest Avenue (4 if you count them all on Forest Avenue and the new one on South Ave) and there's almost always fresh coffee here. It's clean and well kept, their staff is polite and efficient and I've never had any issue with the store or its products. I'm a regular here and they rarely move things out of place, so I can always find what I'm looking for. Most of the people that wrote a review was against a staff member but didn't seem to write about the overall experience here, so I would take those reviews with a grain of salt.

Dude name Johnson who works there doesn't know what's he doing. There was three signs one on the door outside and than two on the slurpee machines that said buy one get one free slurpee and he was fighting about it for 20 mins how today was the last day. Saying he comes to work early and knows everything. Feel bad for anyone who deals with this guy.
