Worst DD on Staten Island!! Employees don't know how to make a f$%&kn coffee nowadays. Terrible customer service standing on line for 10-15 and finally getting your coffee & course not the way you like it. Absolutely terrible needs better management
Clean and orderly. The employees are quick to take and fill your order. Nice place for great donuts and more.
The team there was fast and knew what they were doing- thanks for all you hard work. I placed my order at the register and it was not a long wait.
Disgusting horrible customer service....dirty Albanians go to the front of the line due to an Albanian coffee girl who serves her own people first not understanding there people on the line...the manager Kiril knows this, seen this , and I even complained about it 1 morning and nothing happens...sta
Horrible stuff. I understand things can happen, machine might broken but at least tell this to the customer and don’t act like it’s not your job to help.
Crazy busy, very nice staff but overwhelmed with orders from online and customers in line.... But nice people... Should have to wait 12 min for a med regular coffee.....
