I don’t know who’s doing the berverages. ITS DISGUSTING. I pay 9 dollars in DoorDash for a disgusting ice coffe? And just get a refound for 1 DOLLAR?

I love this location. They prepare my food fast and it’s hot and ready! The employees work so hard and deserve a vacation for real! The best! 😊

There’s a sign that clearly says OPEN 24 hrs… on my way to work at 11pm (Nurse) I was ignored at the window and when I went around, the guy inside said it was closed. This has happened 3 times already. If it’s CLOSED why is someone inside and if he’s inside, why can’t I get what I want?

I usually only go here through the drive thru. They are fast and accurate. They are always friendly. Also they have a chicken that live in the parking lot....otherwise it's your run if the mill Dunkin.

I’m sorry I never write any bad reviews or anything and I usually let things go if something was done wrong, but one of the employees there wasn’t very friendly he took my order and I got over charged first of all, all I got was a bagel with cream cheese and a medium coffee and it came out to $9.10. I gave the guy a $20 and he kind of threw the change back at me and it went all over didn’t even say sorry. I don’t think I’ll be back at this location again

This dunkin' donuts location is absolutely terrible. The employees have no idea how to make drinks. i asked for a certain drink and the worker asked me how to make it when it's already in a machine in the store! The manager also refused to take a gift card claiming it was fraud although i showed him the balance on the card. Sad to see a store with employees AND managers that don't know how to speak to customers nor run a store correctly.

I would normally give this place a five star, they are the best on the island. Today I purchased two latte, was not asked if I wanted whip or any of the extra's I normally get. I also looked up latte on the Dunkin website, but what I got was flavored coffee with ice. I also ordered bacon and here is how I got it. Cold with the fat sticking to it. What is the difference between an ice coffee and an ice latte? What Dunkin Donuts has the Debit/ATM pad machine down for weeks?
