Papa John's

Ordered pizzas and wings for an event at work, and the food and service was excellent. I placed the order three days in advance of the event. The manager was very professional and answered all my questions when I called to check in the morning of the event. On delivery the pizzas were fresh and everything was accurate (down to every sauce requested). Thanks for making our event a success

I’ve tried this place one time before and was not impressed. Today I decided to give them another chance. My order as estimated to arrive in 60-70 minutes (which is a bit long but I’ll move on). The time passes and after 90 minutes still no food. I check the tracker and it says it’s been delivered already. So I try to call the store. Was on the phone for over 10 minutes and no one picked up. Desperate, I try to chat with someone online and their response was “the tracker says it’s delivered. You should call the store…”. Food finally arrived after an hour and 45 minutes. The delivery person hands me the food and barely audible says “sorry for the delay” and walks away. Food was barely warm. Never ordering from here again.

I was skeptical from the reviews but I ordered my pizza anyway. It was too young guys I had picked up my online order and they were very professional and the pizza was great my kids loved it and I appreciated having Papa John's again it's been so long since it was at the other location on Forest that I've had Papa John's so I'm going to say don't let these bad reviews put this place down because it was good and the service was friendly and not a problem again thank you and my kids love the pizza.

I can’t put zero so this is my only option… I’m staying at a hotel because my house is being renovated so I put the room number when I ordered on the website because ever other place came straight to my room… he called me to come down and I went down with no socks or shoes, thinking he would at least be waiting in the lobby, but no he was sitting in his car with my cold food,,, I will never ever order from those people ever again!!! The most worthless piece of trash business to ever associate with!!!

Terrible service, sat outside calling and calling to order, watched 3 guys walking Around the store doing nothing. After about 5 minutes of the phone ringing one of them finally answered the phone and asked me to call back again and press 5 to place an order. I explained that the phone did not ask me to press any numbers for an option and if he answered the phone why couldn't he just take my order now. Decided to walk in with the phone in my hand to place the order.... The man immediately was nasty and said can't you see that we're busy in here and I said no, there hasn't been a customer in here this whole time and all 3 of you are doing nothing. He then told me that they were closed... it is currently 8:55 PM and the website lists the store closing at 11:30 PM.
