We ordered chicken franchise & got a plain pizza. My husband was looking forward to chicken Franchaise and he won’t go near a plain pizza. When we got back home, the business was already closed. Not to mention the past few times we ordered they had the decency to honor my husband’s military discount. This time they said they can’t do anything for him, yet these are the people that SERVE & honor our rights... it’s just messed up and I don’t understand how you mess up someone’s order from chicken franchaise to a plain pizza & yet charged them for the specialty pizza...

I've been ordering from Barri's for years. My son loves the plain pizza 🍕 pies. Today I asked for a heart shape for Valentines day. Half plain and half chicken and green peppers. Boy did they deliver. My son smiled🙏🏾 and was in shock when he saw it. You know that made mommy happy. Everyone was happy with lunch❤

BEST PIZZA ON STATEN ISLAND - Customer service is always friendly and the pizza is amazing. I find myself going here every other day for a slice! Only downside is delivery does take long sometimes. Would recommend you go pick it up always.

Super unassuming pizza joint - really fabulous vodka pizza w subtle taste (not overpowering/heavy) and fresh basil… Also serves a mean cappuccino, fast and friendly service, clean bathroom, nice to cyclists ❤️👌

The Grandma pizza is my favorite they use very fresh ingredients plus the staff seems very friendly

I haven't eaten here in a few years. Tried it again and was not very impressed with the pizza.
Pizza was dry, not very cheesy and the crust was hard. Had a slice with sausage and the sausage did not have much flavor. Prices were reasonable but service was not the friendliest.
There is better tasting pizza at other nearby pizzerias.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an order of lasagna and pasta with vodka sauce. The order did not come till over an hour later, when I contacted customer service they were useless and rude as hell. Not only was the pasta late, it lacked flavor and was really bland. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering here!!
