Happy Fortune Chinese Restaurant

The food quality has definitely gone down. My recent two orders were really a disaster. In the half chicken fried rice case, the chickens seemed to be old, and then it was burnt and black. The vegetable egg roll was pretty tasteless. In addition, they charge more than other places. When I complained to them about the food, the owner did not apologize or anything. He said it is supposed to come burnt. Pretty pathetic.

I ordered a simple fried chicken wings with pork fried rice. I knew something was off when the woman at the counter was screaming at a customer who just wanted to purchase a small white rice.she was yelling at him that they only sell medium and large. The customer said,”but you gave me a small with my order? Screaming at this man that “we don’t sell small” only medium and large. Then she told him it was $2.50 for white rice? When I got home they chopped up 3 wings to make it look like 6 (which is how many is stated on the menu) bad business acumen! Totally unprofessional.NEVER GOING BACK

This is the worst Chinese takeout I've ever ordered from. The peppered beef was disgusting. It doesn't taste like peppered beef. The hot & soup had no flavor but a hint of dirty dish rag smell. The chicken wings were over-fried and dry like a rock. The fried rice was not fried, it's just yellow rice. The roast pork tastes like boiled pork. It had no signs of "roast" but a lot of red dye. Lazy people. Some of my items were not packed and we waited an hour for it to be redelivered. No apologies or anything from them.

Honestly not that great. I ordered a chicken combo with a couple friends, sat down, and found a live bug on the window. The food was greasy, and the first thing you taste is oil. There were three pieces of broccoli that were raw and the rice was not sticky and felt undercooked. The ceiling is especially dirty, almost as if there is mold. At least the sauce had some taste and the servers were friendly.

It is shameful that I asked for five paper plates with my food and they said that they could only give me three. The guys reasoning was that $24 worth of food was not enough for five plates. Little does he know that I have kids and they don’t eat as much so five plates in this case was justified. I said to him that he would lose my business and he shrugged his shoulders as if he didn’t care. He wanted to charge me for two additional plates. This was the last time that I order from this place. Too bad because it’s close to home and I ordered from them 2-3 times a month. I recommend EPIRE EAST. It’s a little more expensive, but they treat you with class. I don’t think that anyone should be treated the way that I was in this situation. On principle and customer service I must give this place 1 star.
