Dunkin'

Place is clean and the people are nice, especially the manager. However they lost me as a customer for good yesterday. I go in there several times a week so they know me well. I placed an order yesterday and as I went to the side to get it I realized I forgot part of my order then asked one of the young girls if she could help me out and just let me order it with her there and pay in lieu of getting back on the long line that had formed and she wouldn’t do it and made me stand in line again and wait. I mean she is a young kid, probably no older than 17. So I wouldn’t expect her customer service skills to be top notch but that was still wild to me nonetheless. Customer service is important. Plenty of other Dunkin’s close by so I’m fine going to those instead.

Went into the store around 9, they couldn't make my coffee cause their machines were off and cleaned already, they couldn't make my sandwiches cause the grill was off and cleaned already. They gave me a free donut 🍩 to make me less annoyed after I bought several others... they were all stale and could not even eat them... You are in the service industry at least offer service

There's always a few people in Dunkin Donuts. But the workers have to be the most hard working employees. If they mess up your order let them know. Just when you say what you want. Say it a couple times so there's no room for error. But for a nice cup of coffee this is your place. Just want to say thank you to the staff of DD for making the best coffee for me every morning.

Went in this past Sunday evening to buy some ice cream. Sounds simple enough no? I went to the register the amount was $6.48, I gave the cashier a $10.00 bill. . She proceeded to take out one single and a handful of change from the register. I asked her what she was doing with all the coins she said giving you your change. I explained to her I did not want $2.52 in coins she told me she had nothing else to give me. I told her to void the transaction that I would give her a debit card and she told me she could not do that that she would get in trouble. I told her to open the register next to her,& make change of the ten dollars. She said she couldn’t do that either that she would get in trouble. I asked for the manager she told me she wasn’t there. Then her co-worker came over and asked what the problem was. I explained the situation to her. She responded what’s the difference it’s money. I have been trying to reach Renée the manager since Monday. Every time I call, there’s a recording that my call can’t be completed as dialed This place is obviously very poorly managed . To leave employees that have no authority to make decisions is very frustrating to a consumer. Will never return

Friendly and hard working employees but slow service due to this location clearly being understaffed. Some mornings you only see one or two people working with a line nearly out the door. Why not put another person or two on the shift and speed things up? Must be the owner trying to save a couple bucks

Bathroom doesn’t work... the employee told me the toilet sprays water all over the floor and their too cheap to get a plumber to fix it so not even he cant go to the bathroom I offered to leave a 5 gallon bucket outside for them but they kindly declined lol but anyway the coffee was good I just don’t like that these people are working long hours and can’t use the bathroom ps if you need a plumber call me
