Always nice to eat here. Food is good and free refills. The staff is always new though. Mostly younger kids. They need to be a little more patient with the customer. But we like it here. A bit pricey. 2 adults $70 bucks... ouch

Applebee’s Grill & Bar, Staten Island Mall. I just love Applebee’s! Went there when the pandemic hit hard and seating at 25% and back now. Great food, wonderful people, pleasant environment and most of all excellent customer service!
