Food was fresh and the associates were moving the food line expeditiously. The price of the food was affordable and I will go again. I left out a star due to the tables not recieving the same attention as the food. Overall a good experience.

The Chipotle Mexican grill is a good place for tasty food.The restaurant has burritos bowls, burritos, tacos and salads. I went with my family and ordered Vegan bowl. All the food and ingredients were looking fresh.Some members enjoyed keto salad bowl with chicken.
The staff is friendly at Hylan Boulevard Staten island. I recommend this place.

Wanted to order online. I knew that I had 1450 points. When I opened the app it turned out that they were burned! I have 0 now. You are just cheating customers! I collected these points for so long and what did I get in the end? D0ck? Thanks! I will never visit you again. Thanks for the experience!

First time there wasnt crazy about food thought it would be alot better but app ordered was quick and easy

I ordered take-out, 30 minutes later, I waited another hour at the store and it wasn't ready. It was very unprofessional and a very bad experience to see that the waiters were only preparing the ingredients when they were busy. Other customers who order on the spot are faster than mine, so what's the point of my ordering? Servers are very slow. The management is chaotic and the experience is bad.

The staff is awful. Without fail everytime I order something from this location something is wrong with the order. I got a bowl with no meat just rice and vegetables 2 days ago. I have no idea how something like that goes unnoticed. And today they didn’t include extra chicken I paid for. Needs to be a serious staff enhancement or training. Posted a picture of my bowl of just rice and veggies lol.
