Amazing customer service! Joe especially and the rest of the staff there today was nothing but kind and treat me with respect. I felt welcomed. Never came to this location and i will sure come back. My latte was amazing as well!

This Starbucks is my favorite location. There staff works super fast to get the drinks and food out in a timely manner and they always taste delicious. This is one of the cleanest locations as well. Highly recommend.

I would’ve put 5 stars but the manager working this morning between 11:40-12:10 (short brunette) was being rude and incredibly passive aggressive to the baristas. From the customer perspective, they’re baristas we’re very kind and working hard to fill orders but she kept making passive comments towards them nonetheless. Unprofessional and shouldn’t be in a position of leadership!

Place was not being monitored for replenishing the napkins and the people who are piglets, leaving behind their debris. Besides that, I asked the associate, to please not be heavy on the ice for my coffee. Well, I had more ice than a movie theater cup!. When I left the store, I showed my fiance, why I was disappointed. I ordered a large ice coffee with not so much ice,but it was a fail. I proved it by pouring my coffee into my work thermos and ditching the ice afterwards, I paid for a large and only had a small cup worth of coffee! All of these coffee chains need to adhere, but I'm sure this is how the make a super profit!

I was there today, I was standing there 10 mins. or so because they keep calling a "Laura" when in the cup clearly said LAUREN, so I didn't reply cause My name is not LAURA.
They just look at Me like I was a weirdo standing there for no reason making Me very uncomfortable , I reach one of the employees and ask for my coffee and in a very nasty way He pointed at the cup and said "there" , I mean 🙄, it is 7 something dollars You pay to get a nice cup of coffee and good service, these guys working there make You feel very unwelcomed.
I think I just go to the one at Stop and Shop instead .

The only reason I go to this Starbucks is because it is the only one in this area. Most of the staff there don't pay attention to the orders. What's the point in asking what you want, if you're not going to make it the way I want.

I can here often and occasionally but not always was I met with attitude. Pastries could be a bit fresher, coffee was the same as other Starbucks and they could put more effort into keeping the place clean.

Met a friend for coffee on New Year's Day. Long line, but it moved very fast. A number of people picking up and some enjoying their purchases onsite. Ample parking in the strip mall.
