Placed an online order but could not get to location at 1351 Forest Ave due to car problems. I canceled order within minutes of placement and the store worker who answered the phone said it was not a problem, and that order would be canceled. To my surprise, order was never canceled and my card was charged. I like Subway, but stay away from this location!

Drove here 15 minutes to learn they are closed at 7:53pm even though it shows closes at 10pm such a waste of time.

This subway told me they don’t have enough beef for my philly cheese steak . They didn’t want to cancel my order and refused to accept any coupons . Very unresponsive staff and only one person working not a good business.

i went today with some coupons that came in the mail and the management was horrible. they did not accept coupons nor care about the customers or try a way to enter it in the system. told us to go to another subway and extremely rude. will never go again...

The server was friendly however, I felt like he was talking too much he got distracted and he wasn’t really paying attention to the food. He use the same gloves which he prepare my food with to touch the monitor and to collect my money with.. smh.

Twice disappointed!! Ended up with half a jar of mayo on my sandwich because according to the lady I was supposed to tell her when to stop but she never told me that ! My sandwich was floating on mayo. Never again
