The last time I came here I got cold whoppers. Though, I ordered three whoppers with the same amount of vegetables and ketchup, they were cooked differently. Not sure why. My conclusion is that they are precooking food for the future orders, that's why you eat there have cold food or not what you have ordered Drive through, parking Convenient location

Terrible location. Every time I come here I have some sort of issue. This morning I was able to place an order via the mobile app. It shows this location opens each day at 7am. I placed my order at 7:40, and I get to the drive-through at 7:45. I get no response at the order speaker so I pull up to the window. The janitor tells me they don't open until 8am. I confirmed via the app, Google, and Burger King.com they open at 7am. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food while I was already starving for an hour previous. Stay far away!!!

I used to always like the representatives at the drive thru window. They were at tentative and managed the window traffic really well. However, lately the new hired help is awful! They don't get my order right and they're sloppy. If I want breakfast and I arrive at the window by 10:30am there is never any biscuits left and you can only get what leftovers they have left and the workers are rude.

very bad place. we waited more than 5 minutes for sellers. they were silent and did not respond to the request of the sub-office. when ordering did not specify what size I order. Water can not be taken for a child. In a conversation they behave arrogantly arrogant. I after I checked the order and I forgot to put the cheese there when I showed them that they forgot to put them not only not recognized but also rude. very bad seizing. and dirt on the floor. appetite clients

I was there on Dec 13,2021 Monday at 10:30ish, I always come to this location at evening time and this is maybe the second or third time I come morning and the experience here in the morning is very bad, I step into the place and try to look for an employee so I can place an order, I don't see no one, then I heard someone on the phone, so I waited for about 5 mins for her to finish before I stop her and ask if she is ready , not a long time but burger king is fast food as I believe, so I ask her if they are open after 5 mins? She said, wait, give me an min without looking at me and stay on the phone, I was very upset and walk out saying i will give you another min tomorrow. I mean its not the first time I am going to fast food, I remember I went to McDonald's, Wendy's and others, the first thing I would hear is welcome to McDonald's or welcome to Wendy's ,etc but not once from this burger king's morning group. I am not sure if they have a manager or not or maybe she was the manager, if she was the manager then that explains everything, I shouldn't expect any great greetings from the employee if the manager won't even treat the customers the right way. By the way, none of their employees wear an mask in the morning, I mean as I remember, employee must wear mask even if they are vaccinated, mask are mandated regardless vaccinated or not especially you are providing services on food. Fine is $1000 each violation. I am very disappointed. I really hope the owner of this business would see this. Customers should always come first as long as the customer were not being rude , I was standing there and waiting with polite and respect. I over heard that she was maybe on the phone with an employee or friends but definitely sure she was not on a call with another customer. She rather stay on the phone then taking order from customers, if you don't want customers, don't work. Stay close. At last I went across street to Wendy's and I have my meal at 10:52am.

I ordered 2 sandwiches, one with no pickles, the other without onions. Guess what? Both sandwiches had pickles and onions. The marks were useless.
