Was one of the first 100 to get the and got free chic-fil-a for a year. Used the card yesterday. The food was amazing as always and the service is really fast. There were twenty people on line on front of me, but I only waited about 5 minutes. The staff are also really friendly. I don't know how chic-fil-a always gets such friendly employees.

Ordered the only thing I wanted here, waffle fries… couldnt check there at the Staten Island Mall as was rushing to get home. Got home and THIS is what they gave as a Large! Half empty box with tissue stacked on top!!!! 😡 very disappointed! Not to mention after a 20 minute wait!

Food was good but wait time was long and there was a minimal line. Service could've been faster.

Fast service if you get there by 11:30 or so. Staff is friendly and courteous. I would skip the chicken nuggets as they're on the smaller side and not that satisfying. Seating is plentiful and easy to find.

Don't let the long line scare you! You will get your food quickly and orderly. They usually get the order correct and if they mess up they take full accountability and right whatever was wrong. Food is always tasty. The service is second to none. It's always My Pleasure to enjoy some Chic Fil A at this location.
