Food is good . A little wait to get food ,didnt bother me but people behind us were not happy there is no dine in offered at this time only drive through . Food was good they never forgot any food items like some other places. Good if you're looking for something quick and easy. Get a side of cheese sauce for the fries 🍟 😋

If I could give a negative 0 I would terrible.They totally hid from us so we couldn't order food at 1 am. Terrible don't go late they will not serve you. The close at 2 am. After honking rude young woman comes to window after I saw her and coworker walking to the back and says no burgers. They should just closed..Draining the last hour of their shift.. terrible and disgraceful... They need people who actually want to work and service. Poor customer service. White Castle should maybe pay people better so that their employees work happily. Sucks do not go here late again. I will never go to this place again.

Place has gone downhill. Usually they don't read online orders in full. Asked for a shake got a soda. Asked for chicken sliders and 2 burgers only got chicken. Has happened a handful of times in a short period of time. Will no longer order from this location. Get it together. We pay extra for door dash. It's insulting to get a simple order so wrong

Doors are never open anymore, doesnt matter what time you go. Only drive through (unless you go an hour or so before they close than I hear they ignore you). Tried to order online but the online menu is limited, no onion rings, no cheese sauce, no option to put no ketchup on burger). Tried to walk in yesterday but both doors were locked, broad daylight outside but they keep doors locked, can't even order inside anymore. Wonder if corporate is aware, I doubt it. So they get 1 star. Other times when i went & door was locked & I would knock on the window & they completely ignore you. 1 older man was nice enough to look up, but mouthed to me that the woman he pointed to wouldn't open it.

Ordered two 5 sliders with cheese meal. No one in front of the line. Until we said something, we were standing at the front and took awhile for someone to take our order. After order, it also does take awhile to receive our order. Just taking too long. Inside decorations and furnitures seem old. Meals are good nothing wrong.

Used to love this place. Horrible time last time. Person was rude and ended up throwing my full coke w ice in my face from the drive thru window. Idk what I did to deserve that but I will never go to this White Castle or any other one ever again. I hear they have bioengineered food anyway. I'm good on this trash.

Why on 3rd party delivery sites many menú items are not listed anymore, including onionRings, cheeseSauce,etc? Why a no ketchup option anymore? Why cant i go inside to order & not have to stand in drive through like an animal?

You can't even go inside to order, only drive through..and on third party deliveries like door dash, grubhub, Uber eats, onions rings, cheese sauce are no longer their. & you cant type no ketchup either
