Stopped here at 10:45AM on a Tuesday, and they had no bread. None. Maybe a dozen pathetic bagels. But no ciabatta, no baguettes, no croissant, nada. This is not an isolated instance, either. Am I the only one who finds their lack of bread ironic? As well as annoying?

I went there 2 years ago. I ordered a sandwich waited for it for 15 mins. They still didn't get it done. There were 3 guys after me got their orders already. So I left to the boat & gave up waiting. Thank God I didn't pay for it in advance or else it will be a waste of my $5.

In my opinion the quality fell off in past several months. While the staff is mostly friendly...you have to constantly remind them what ingredients go into whatever sandwich. Plus coffee is always warm at best. It's ok for once a week.
