I ordered and waited one hour! do you understand this? one hour! these guys are wild horses they run slower than a turtle! terrible service terrible place no parking dirt rubbish stinks! The second time I tried to get it - more than an hour passed, some smelly, dirty bun came by a delivery man in a blue car - thank you this miracle this is not a delivery person this is a looted!

This place literally has the saltiest bagels I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend it, every person I’ve warned about the salt has come back and told me I was right. If that’s what you like then go on ahead but I don’t know a lot of people who like such salty bagels

Used to be the best bagels on Staten Island, don’t know what they did with there everything or egg everything bagels. Just seeds everywhere and it’s not good. Cream cheese seems different just lower quality overall.

My family and I were so incredibly pleased with the deliciously fresh wrap assortment trays and scrumptious pastry trays delivered to the hospital to thank the team in the ICU for caring for My Dad. The Team said the trays were beautiful in presentation and everything was so delicious. In our emotional time, we put our trust in Not Just Bagels and they came through in a GREAT way! Thank you NJB!

My friend works here so we came for some bagels before going back to Pennsylvania. Bagels are yummy, fresh and warm. Will definitely go back.

Ordered a bacon and egg sandwich on a roll and got home and there was no bacon! Didn’t get a receipt but probably was charged for it. Wasn’t even busy and confirmed twice so don’t understand why there was an error.

They have convenient hours, great communicators for staff, food is fresh, and diverse options.
What more can you ask for out of a bagel place? 👍🏾

I ordered a lox sandwich on an everything bagel. I got a plain bagel and one slice of smoked salmon. I paid $11 dollars for this sandwich. I feel extremely ripped off. A bagel from right by my house is $2.50 so one slice of smoked salmon with tomato and onion is $8.50? That’s a scam! Avoid this place!
