I LOVE Cold Stone Creamery! The owners are great & the ice cream is delicious! We don't usually go at busy times, but for those who had to wait, please understand workers are hard to find these days & they do their best to accommodate their customers.

I understand that college students go there and it can get crowded, however my family and I stood in the same spot for almost 20 mins. The poor kid who was working ( mind you it was almost closing time..we were there about an hour) was doing EVERYTHING himself. Getting the orders, taking payments , the pickups and he was the only one. Another worker showed up when the time to close was coming closer and that is when the line stopped moving. What was done to this poor kid on a Saturday night near closing time was just wrong.

I got a b1g1 coupon in the mail and decided to go with my boyfriend. It's a very sweet shop. Not too big, but still with plenty of room.
I love all the choices and the staff was very nice. The one who helped us was very patient and didn't try to rush me to make up my mind.
Overall a great place to visit!

We ordered the coffee lover’s ice cream cake a few times and it was amazing! It is a custom order cake that will take a few days to make but worth the wait. The owners are very personable too. Great service.

We were denied business due to not having masks also when we asked if they had any they were rude in their response of no.

prices are outrageous I paid $6.73 for a medium cone. And then they're so stingy when you ask for water they give it to you in a 2 oz Dixie cup. That shows me they could care less about their customer. Greedy and stingy bad combination never going back again will discourage each others. Penn State creamery ice cream so much better and so much cheaper!
