Subway

The customer service is horrible and they are rude to their customers. The employees address the public in a hostile tone, laughs at the customers, and do not give customers time to tell them what they need on their sandwich. The manager was no help and just as rude as the employees. I will take my business elsewhere. Lately, Subways across the board have poor customer service and rude employees.

Our sandwiches were good, but the customer service from one team member was incredibly lackluster. I was not greeted or welcomed - it was just, "What kinda san'wich you want?" The dining area was not clean either. We sat inside and ate, and every table I tried was dirty. I've been here now 45 minutes and every table has yet to be cleaned - and there has been a definite lull in customers. But I guess it may be difficult to clean tables when you're busy laughing and cackling in the back room...

The bread was hard and the sandwich just wasn't good. Another time, I ordered online and picked my sandwiches up and both sandwiches was missing condiments. Called and told them about it and they told me they was out of those condiments. Didn't bother to tell me when I picked up my order that my order wasn't correct. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager but the manager wasn't there so I said I would call the next day. They called me back and stated I could bring the sandwiches back and they could make new sandwiches the same way cuz there out of the condiments I wanted. My question is why didn't yall call me the first time and tell me about my order instead of waiting until I bought up management. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. The subway on 82 and the one next to OEC Japanese place are good. Every time I go to them the food is great.

One of the worst subway experiences I've had. Tried this specific Subway out multiple times. Each time there was a different issue such as losing the receipt when ordering on the app/online, not having any cookies advertised within the app, and the sandwiches were always cold or not toasted at all (even when asking for it to be toasted online). Lastly, each time I have gone here to pick up my food, the workers were very slow and did not care about how many customers were inside the store waiting in line.
