Service was great and good was good. Very generous portions at below reasonable prices. It's simple comfort food but done very well with nearly everything scratch made. The place is a little dated but that is expected for a roadside diner. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, even said
There was only one waitress, but she was extremely happy and energetic about it! Just tailor your expectations about what you would consider "fast" service. She will get you what you need eventually.

I don't think this place has ever changed and I'm really happy about that. Really good homestyle food, great prices and excellent service. Try the Meatloaf if you're homesick. Whatever you order you're gonna need a to go container because it's a lot.
I went in there to kill time while my vehicle was being worked on nearby. Had a nice, inexpensive breakfast and many cups of coffee. I believe the waitress was Susie. She was awesome, especially with the regulars who came and went while I was there.

Food and staff is always great! But because of that, you'll have to be willing to wait 10-20 mins for a table! It's small and it's a local hot spot! But totally worth the time spent!

I love the staff at cross roads! Super friendly and attentive. The meatloaf was great! You will definitely never leave hungry as the portions are always huge, no matter what time of the day you go. Breakfast is always great, too, although I am mostly a dinner person.
