I came here after work and the chicken is great! I got the half chicken with mash potatoes and rice with flour tortillas perfect combination and the salsa always so fresh and cold. Thank you el pollo loco!

Best El Pollo Loco in the area!! Service is always great and the chicken always fresh. I drive out of the way passing 2 other locations (poor service from these 2 in the past) specifically to make it to this location!

It's always good! I wish I'll Pollo loco would offer a better choice as far as nachos. I wish they would offer a big nacho platter with everything on it. I think they did back in the day but now they just offer a little side nachos it's not filling. Bring back a nacho platter fully loaded
Acknowledgement and little urgency to improve customer service will be a plus, overall food was good, lobby was clean and pleasant with comfortable temperature. What's not to love!! Could not do drive thru,too busy. Fast friendly service inside and plenty of hot salsas for you to choose from. Pretty clean inside and out, but this Restaurant did not have the option to dine outside.
Every visit so far it has been clean and the service has been very good. They have always gotten my order right and that means alot when going thru the drive thru.
This place is packed lunch time weekdays. The cashiers are quick and spot on with taking the orders. Minus 1 star the salsa table is always out of green sauce when I’m there.
Sadly, I've checked out numerous other E.P.L.s in the area, and, basically without exception, they've been scary just to walk into.
