I ordered a wrap about a month ago. The girl making it folded it into a triangle then cut it. The two halves were so small all of the filling was falling out. Yesterday I waited behind a man who ordered two sandwiches. Then a man came to the entrance that the employee recognized. The employee took him to cash out his potato chips. I was tight for time for my train. He should have started my sandwich while the first gentlman's was in the oven and finished us both before waiting on the next person who wasn't even in line. Then another man wanted to buy his potato chips. I left just in time to make my train without buying a sandwich. Terrible service!

I had a deal from the subway text deals. The person there said she doesn't know to add it to my purchase. First experience here wasn't that great and I wouldn't go again. The sandwich was good though.

This morning I went to Subway at Stamford train station. The girl came from the back kitchen with used gloves on. I wanted to tell her to change her gloves and get a new pair but I didn't. Kept it moving. Got my sandwich..got on the train to go to work. Got on the train and took a bite of my sandwich and it tasted like soap or whatever funny taste close to soap that was. Totally disgusting......that's a big no!
And to top it off, they ran out of chipotle and ketchup.....and she had the audacity to tell me nobody asks for those anyway.....terrible!

Great Staff...and all your Subway favs. Tables near by if you are not running off to catch a train or get to your next destination. They are for standing only. There are seats upstairs in the main terminal.

This subway serves you hard bread. Went there ordered a sandwich and came home to a dusty sandwich. I said never again. Well I lied to myself and tried again. Go home touch the bread and it's hard. I was so upset, i really need to go get my money back. Do yourself a favor dont eat here
