First time trying Sarku. Sub-par food served over mostly cabbage. Special of order of all veggies and no rice was not a problem. Spring rolls were horrible. Service was fast and friendly but won't bother stopping at this chain again.
EDIT: Updated review to one star. Something changed at this location. I've been a few times to be sure it's not a fluke. They no longer make sushi rolls "fresh." Used to be great but the quality is just not there anymore. Sushi is no longer made to order and out of the 6(?) kinds on the menu there were two in the case and only one package of one of those. Friend and I had a bento box and thought it was pretty good. I had gotten a shrimp tempura roll and thought it was decent but I've definitely had better. For a fast chain restaurant, it's not bad and very inexpensive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite and are craving Japanese.

Sushi is NOT the main focus here, but they do have 3 options. It was pretty good. Better than gas station and most grocery stores. Good flavor overall and for the amount, good value. The veggies egg roll was also very delicious. Recommend.
