Outback Steakhouse

Arrived today between 2:30pm and 3:00pm. The place wasn't busy at all. After waiting 15-20 minutes for a waitress, we noticed Alex, who was cleaning tables around us and asked for help. We know she saw us looking confused but never inquired about if we needed help. So finally, my husband asked her about our waitress. She said we were not sitting in her section. After asking another waitress, she reluctantly came over and took our order. We could tell she wasn't happy and it set the mood for our whole experience. We eventually just left after she brought out a blooming onion that look half eaten. I'm a huge fan of Outback and was looking forward to eating at this location since we are new to the Stafford area. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Enjoyed a wonderful evening with family recently. My family and I were greeted by the manager on staff, Jae! There’s a lot to be said about an establishment by its management and staff. It’s uncommon amongst other restaurants to see the attentiveness of managers and not just when something is wrong. Our server was good, but it was Jae that ensured that my family and I had an exceptional dining experience. There’s an Outback closer to our residence but while our visiting family in the area, we decided to visit this location. We’ll definitely make the drive in the future. Please let him know that his warm smile and passion for his customers made us feel like more than “just another customer”! Best dining experience in a long time!

Great service, great food, great experience. My husband and I had not eaten at Outback Steakhouse for many years. We decided to try it again. It was amazing! Food was very good and flavorful. The cherry on top though was the exceptional service we were given by our server/waitress Alex. She made our dining experience such an enjoyable one. Thanks so much for a job well done!
