Arby's

Went through the drive thru after work and the very upbeat, friendly voice on the speaker was so far above the usual fast food places that it was pleasantly surprising. A refreshing change, in fact, her customer service was 5 star in every way! Her last name was OWENS, but I can't remember the first name on her name tag. I wanted to recognize her in a review because we all know the usual fast food employee is not going the extra mile like this one did. She was super friendly, well spoken, and efficient. She made my night.

Usually this place is excellent..... But this morning they had a young woman who is really struggling to do her job. She didn't respond to me at the drive-thru, so I drove up to the window and waited for her..... After about 5 minutes of playing on my cell phone and being ignored.... I considered driving away angry but I parked and went inside. I was very polite and she was also. When I gave her $6 plus exact change of 41 cents, a quarter three nickels and a penny.... She struggled with it.... She finally laid them down one by one on the counter and added it up in her head. Frankly I am glad they are giving her a chance, and I hope she's able to do her job..... But I have a feeling she's going to have customers scream at her.... Thinking she is rude to them, when she's just doing her best. I get the roast chicken salad and lite Italian dressing....it is the best!

Asked for no cheese earlier this week. Got cheese. Asked for no cheese today, and confirmed with the rep she heard me, still got cheese. If I eat cheese I'll be in immense pain. Called to politely inform the manager about the issue so they can try and work through it. No answer after an extremely long ringing period. Called twice more and the same result.
