Domino's Pizza

I went to pick up a medium hand tossed cheese pizza with garlic crust and extra sauce. I receive the thinnest pizza from dominos I've ever seen, damn near no sauce, no garlic. I waited twenty minutes past the estimated time it was supposed to be done, i literally watched the dumb tracker say "double checking the order to make sure it's perfecto" and this is what I'm given. I've had quite a few similar experiences at this particular store. I'm not ordering from here anymore. I'll stick with the clearwater store or papa johns.

this place is the worst ever pizza always come 2 hours later and not even hot it’s cold this is not okay and even if i order to pick up pizza is not hot wait time is over an hour no one ever answers the phone worst daminos ever!!!!!!!!!! i do not recommend this store to anyone workers are lazy and very rude i will never order again!!!!!!! just orderd a pizza came 2 hours later and it’s disgusting this store needs to be shut down or need new workers this is crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!! did not even order olives and there’s some on the pizza and i’m allergic to it this is out of control!!!!!!!

I love Dominoes. However, this location has killed that love. You have maybe 2 employees there who have customer service skills. The rest do not. I ordered for delivery the other night and WATCHED THE DRIVER GO BY MY NEIGHBORHOOD 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES WITH NO DELIVERY!!! And the "person" at the store was beyond rude when we called. We canceled the order after 40 minutes. And we are thru with Dominoes because of this location. I will be contacting your corporate office this morning.

Last week I got the 2 pizzas that I ordered delivered late and cold. It took an hour to deliver and the store manager said they were short staffed. So, Dominos gave me a free medium size pizza. I ordered it last night, plus 2 extra pizzas for pick up. Great all fine and dandy. Got home with my free pizza and 2 more that I paid for. Started eating and all of a sudden, I felt something like a hair, and it was, stuck in my pizza crust. It grossed me out, so I through out all my pizzas. So disappointed.

Placed an order tonight around 12:45am. After googling, and seeing they close at 2am, I thought cool… Still over an hour until they close. Because I don’t want to be a burden. Been there done that myself; as I’m still in the service industry. Anyways, after watching the little delivery app thing, and it mentioned all the steps and saying it was delivered, I am sitting here at 2:15am writing this review to say I have never received my order…. Just deny the order if you’re not going to complete it….. Also to mention it was a cash order, so they didn’t just leave it at someone’s door step… the cash I left out was still there after over an hour of waiting.

Our pizza arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after we ordered it. It was cold and the driver gave me attitude when I asked why. She said the system went down. I asked why we didn’t receive a phone call. She looked at me puzzled and said, “how could we do that? The system went down! I asked how she knew where to bring the pizza. She said our information was printed on the ticket. Does the ticket have our phone number on it? Yes it does. Pizza Hut just became our pizza place!
