7-eleven

This 7-11 is horrible. Most of the staff is friendly enough but they never have anything you want or need. No scratch tickets, no chips but hey at least the cheese works now, no grille items, coffee is no where near fresh at 6am nor does the cappuccino machine ever work right. Really sucks when you are in walking distance but have to drive to the Circle K for coffee and cigs. If I was the Owner I’d seriously think about either selling or closing the door as it is a disgrace to be called a 7-11 convince store when you are anything but convenient.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years - today, the cashier (white overweight woman with dark hair), asked me why I had an attitude. She claimed I “threw” my Tylenol on the register, so she took it and threw it behind the register on the floor and told me to “take [my] coffee and leave, [she] wasn’t serving me”. I asked for the manager and she told me to leave. Thankfully a young woman also working there came out and rang me up. She couldn’t find the Tylenol the other attendant threw behind the register, so I grabbed another one. I was just trying to relieve a migraine and left with a bigger one.

Sign on the door clearly states masks are required, yet employees aren't wearing them and customers are allowed in without them. No one seems to understand that even vaccinated people can still spread covid to unvaxxed people. No concern at all from employees. Guess I'll take my business to another store where people actually have concern and compassion for their fellow humans.

Horrible customer service this morning went in there to get gas guy had an attitude because the card machine had an error. Asked for my receipt he couldn’t hand it to me he just dropped it on the counter when I reached my hand in out to grab it. This is not the first time this guy has attitude problems if he doesn’t like his job than he can just quit.

I prefer leaving positive feedback, but I feel that reviews need to be honest. This location is always out of stock for what I was regularly purchasing. From my energy drink to favorite snacks. Not sometimes - always. Now, if I were regularly selling out of something - I would want to regularly order those items and at minimum tape up a note thanking customers with information on the order status. Are you ordering more? Are you unable to order an item anymore? Is the distribution center switching to a different product? FWIW, I now drive over the Gandy bridge to the 7-Eleven at Gandy & Manhattan in Tampa for what I used to buy, as well as to buy gas, at the 4st St N store that's less than a mile from where I live. Even on my days off. I think 3 stars is rather generous. Please inform your employees about stock changes so they're able to answer questions about the status beyond "I don't know".
