I bought a vape pen for $21 at this store, it stopped working only a few hours after I bought it, so I went back and the manager refused to exchange it for a working one.
She was very rude to me, and did not seem to care that she was selling defective products. I have contacted corporate and have been assigned a case# for this issue, So I will see how corporate responds.

Very clean store first impression, very friendly guys Paco, and Gabriel, wonderful customer service extremely helpful coffee machines were not working properly Gabriel dropped what he was doing came over to help hubby, very nice guy smiling and Paco was helpful as well guiding and showing me the specials .Will definitely go again wow such a great team!! Broken Ice Machine 7/19/2021
So they put a cup for everyone to use to scoop ice out of a styrofoam cooler then put cup back in during a pandemic. HOW SAFE IS THIS ? This store is unsanitary and very rude cashier when I asked if my granddaughter can get another soda MINUS the ice. Not visiting this store again !!! They don't even rate 1 star but could not post without putting one.

My foundation soda was supposed to be mountain dew. It has a root beer/dr pepper sort of taste to it. The soda stream was almost all carbonated water, very little syrup. How cheap can you be?! It's a freaking soda. Clean your machines and adjust them properly.

Second time buying milk from this location for my daughter, I go because it happens to be on my way home and open late. Both times I have bought milk it has been spoiled. They may have some good items there but milk is not it.

Terrible!!! Terrible customer service! Very rude and not friendly! I was purchasing a couple of items at the counter and their machine did not work. They thought it was my fault but they discovered it was their machine when it worked on another machine. They were strangely quiet after they realized they were wrong....... they did not apologize or anything. Terrible! DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION EVER! I certainly will not. Perhaps they needs training on customer service....

The blonde lady working this evening (9/13/19) is one of the rudest cashiers i've met. All she does is rush people out the door. Maybe she should look at her customers reactions and body language. Management definitely needs to re-train her in customer service!
