Taco Bell

As much as I love Taco Bell, this location can be hit or miss. I’ve had my mobile order be picked up by someone else simply because mine was the only mobile order in the system, but they didn’t ask the customer to verify the name. I’ve been charged for my mobile order before them checking if they could make it and the fiasco of getting a refund. There have been times when they ran out of the supplies to put the food in which resulted in not being able to order half of the menu. Then for a while they were closing at 8pm which I understood since they were short staffed, but the app allowed people to still order and not realize they were closed until showing up. I would gladly go to a different location but this one is so close to home. On the plus side majority of the staff are friendly and when I’ve had to speak with a manger they were helpful, but some work and changes need to happen at this location. The food has been what I’d expect outside of minor hiccups that didn’t bother me much.

Fast food is fast food, I get not to expect great service... but after sitting in the drive through for way too long, I get home realized they didn't give me all my food I paid for. I call the restaurant no answer, left a message no response. I return to the store the following day and the dinning room is closed, I see a worker outside and request to speak to a manager so I can get my money back, she said ok, she was busy so I waited patiently. After waiting another while I proceeded to knock on the door. They tried to have me go wait in the drive through line again. After I insisted they finally came to the door to address the issue. Do better!

Stood in line in the restaurant unacknowledged for 10 minutes along with four other individuals. We waited patiently with no one telling us any information or paying us any attention I was there picking up the order for Uber eats others were there picking up to go order their place on the mobile app, unacceptable.

This is the worst Taco Bell the manager there is a complete you know what and will not allow Uber drivers to order food when they're picking up food how do you not feed the people who deliver your food. How do you not allow people to order food when the line is 10 Deep by the time they get up there their food we ready and then you can also pick up the delivery food at the same time corporate needs to look into this manager

I wanted to order the new chicken chalupa combo but was scolded by the rude drive thru lady yelled, "We are out of chicken!!". I should have known better to go there in the first place when it looked like a ghost town as I drove in the parking lot. Anyway, I ordered the new Grilled Cheese burrito and two Doritos Locos tacos. I wasn't impressed with either. The burrito had a slight cheesey and spicy taste. No real grilled cheese flavor. Both tacos were cold with only a light sprinkle of lettuce and cheese. My sour cream on the other hand was missing in action!!. Cheapos!! I could tell they were old because the meat filling just fell out of the bottom of both soggy tacos. So...Taco Bell is a good place for cheap food...not good food. 1 out of 5 stars today unless you like rude staff members and cold food.
