Limon Loco

My husband just ordered delivery from this place, his burrito was fine but when I went to open my tacos, there were several black hairs in the tacos and in the box itself... I called the store back and told them about it, and they claimed it’s impossible that their was hair in it and that no one even had black hair there. I told them I took a picture of the hair all in it that I have no problem sending in and he told me no need for that and cut short saying “swell thanks for letting us know.” No offer for refund, remake or anything. This is purely bad business and to try and call me a liar is very unprofessional. Will never be ordering from this place again. First and last time

Ordered from this place and it looked like they shaved the cooks chest in my food. When I called the place they put me on hold and took forever to talk to me. After they finally picked up they said they couldn’t remake me an order or refund me. Don’t ever order here just look at the owner feedback this place is a joke, idk how you can treat people like this and still be in business.

Food is overly expensive and NOT worth the price. Everything was seasoned nice but the rice was under cooked, the beans were over cooked and the chicken was gross. Delivery said 30-45. It took an hour and a half and I asked for them to not ring the door bell to please call first, still rang the doorbell and woke my whole house up. It's good if you're starving and willing to over pay for not so great food delivered late night.

Terrible. Placed an order and received a confirmation email. Received a confirmation phone call, and when we asked why there would be a long wait (hour and a half), the staff member said they were cancelling the order- with no explanation and hung up. When we called back, they refused to take our phone call or respond to our messages. Very unprofessional. Would NEVER try to order from Limon Loco again.
