Taco Bell

It used to be a joke, "they always eff you in the drive thru". Now, with chains like Taco Bell, it's become the norm. Today I ordered for a family of 4 and one person's meal was missing. Very inconvenient to go back and have to go in and get what you paid for at the drive thru. I mean, what's the point of a drive thru then?? So, I strongly advise to check your order at the drive thru window before even pulling off. That being said the food was fresh and good. Still can't believe that some people think these minimum wage workers deserve $15/hour. I wouldn't hire anyone at this Taco Bell to even wipe my butt.

My favorite part of a taco is that signature first bite of nothing but sour cream. Seriously though, my order is always messed up from this location. Between forgetting the cheese for my chips and cheese, to stale chips and cold tacos, I probably won't be going back. The most frustrating thing is that the people making the tacos evidently have never eaten a taco. They think the ingredients should be separated: meat at the end, cheese below that, tomatoes in a heap just below the cheese and sour cream just thrown in lazily at the bottom end. When I told them they forgot my cheese to my chips ans cheese the guy laughed and said "I'll make sure it's in the bag today" didn't offer to compensate for the mistake last time. 1 star is being generous.

Every single time I go to this Taco Bell there’s always something missing from my order and I have to either go back in or go through the drive thru!! It could be something small like chips and cheese or something big like the main part of a meal like a crunch wrap but it’s always something missing every single time!!!! But I will say the older lady at the window that I always see is super nice and sweet!!

You wanna believe that they can get a small order correct but sadly the past two times I've drove away with missing items or a completely wrong order. One has to question if they are consciously screwing people over or not. You check the bag and the total number of items is correct only to arrive home to the wrong order. Why do I have three soft tacos when I ordered the Chalupa Supreme meal ? Unprofessional and sloppy.

Drive thru took over 30 minutes. 33 minutes to be exact. Wraparound line which means once you're in you're trapped. Despite all of this I was going to say nothing as the shorthanded staffers looked as if they were trying. Then the entire order was made incorrectly. The last time I'll go to this TB and the last time I won't just order online. At least food apps will make things right and remake or refund your order. No one is waiting 30+ minutes twice. Awful.

Got home order was incorrect and food was soggy. Went back and order is incorrect. Food was made half a$$Ed. Tacos looked liked they had been made by a 2 year old. And no they are not busy with a huge dinner rush. It had all kinds of food in the bag just nothing that we ordered. Also you can only order tacos and they are not using the fryer today so anything that needs fried not today limited drinks bc they don't want to clean the frozen machines tonight. Also note on drive thru they close early today call corporate. Just another reason to eat at home.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell a few times a week just for the freezes but every-time I go, they say the machine is broken, this has been going one for about a month. I was okay with that, as they have other beverage options. Today, has crossed the line. I went to go grab my family some quick food after working all day and found this piece of plastic in my taco. I can be very understanding but I don’t understand how plastic gets into the food. Maybe someone over looked it or maybe someone had a long shift and wasn’t paying attention, but none the less, it is still unacceptable. Please figure out where it came from so other customers do not have to stifle through an entire meal to see if there are anymore.
