Burger King

Its fast food. It's about as good as any fast food burger joint. Food is cold by the time we get it home always. Our own fault for taking it to go I guess. I reccomend checking your bags before leaving just to make sure it's all right. Food quality is the same as any other Burger King I suppose. They do make mistakes so like I said, check your bags....

The manager took good care of me on 10/9/18.... Fresh burgers, fresh tenders, and hot fries.... Very kind and helpful. Also, i lost my wallet there and there was over $200 cash with my debit and credit cards, i called to see if i had left it there and sure enough i did. I figured I’d be lucky to just get my cards and license back but when i arrives to pick up the wallet every dime was still there. I tried to give the general manager twenty bucks to the person who turned it in but he gave it back and insisted it wasn’t necessary... for there hospitality and honesty they get 5 stars

The customer service is very bad every time we come between the hours of 7am til about 4 or 5 pm. The night manager rocks, but the managers in the day are awful. They do not care that the staff disrespect people and is serving food that looks under cooked. It took us 20 mins just to speak with a Manger, that the girl at the window could have solved in 5 minutes. I would not recommend this place unless it's at night when the other manager is available. He runs his shift great and always provides excellent service.

I just went through the drive thru at noon. There was No one in the drive thru but me. The lady that took my order was pleasant but they made my sandwich wrong so I went back through and asked for a side of pickles because they left it off my sandwich. I ordered a #1 medium with light ketchup & mayo, pickles and cheese only. They covered it with condiments (because their not eating it) but no pickles. I thought ok I'll just use a fry and wipe off all that excess condiment and just get a side of pickles. Instead they made me a dry sandwich with 2 pickles (for a Whopper? Come on now. Common sense would tell you that big of a sandwich at least gets 4 per sandwich rules. (I worked at Burger king in my youth). But on top of it all the 2nd lady at the window (a "manager") and a bad one at that flung my new bag out the window while on her phone and snappily said "have a good day" then the window slammed. I called to complain about the rude customer service and she argued with me about her behavior. Saying that's just how she talks. Well I can talk rude too but at work you act and talk professional. I guess she didn't get the memo. I called corporate to report their rude employees, their ok with below customer service standard's, ok with the food being prepared wrong and a bad delivery (handing out food) because it needs major improvement.

Literally just pulled up and already had my windows down and heard nothing bud attitude the drive through worker had with the customer ordering in front of me. The lady was ordering nicely so I don't understand what the sassy rude questions and remarks were for. Then as we pull up she rudely said be right there in a minute. Not good vibes. Life goes on though~~
