I pull up and order a small Big Mac meal with a chocolate shake. Then he told me I can’t have a small shake with the meal. He said he could sell me a medium for an up charge. A bit annoyed, I said ok, whatever. So I get to the window and pay $10.60 for a Big Mac, fries and a medium shake. I get to the next window and they tried to give me a small. I said.. No, I paid extra for a medium chocolate shake. So they mix up a medium shake and hand me a half chocolate/half vanilla shake. I told them I ordered a chocolate shake and I still want one. He actually told me that a chocolate shake comes that way. I said with half vanilla? He said, No that’s chocolate. Well, here’s the pic. These people deserve to have boogers flicked in their hair.

They were extremely busy about 45 minutes ago so I went inside to order. I ordered on the kiosks and patiently waited for my order. It took a bit to get my food but every employee apologized and was extremely polite. I also order customized food and my order was prepared perfectly! And it was fresh. Usually, I pick a different McDonald’s to go to due to past experiences, but today they were amazing!!! The lunch crew was killing it!! Thank you!

This store is always a joke. I think I've gotten fresh burgers ONCE, the rest of the time they're dry, leathery and NOWHERE near temp to even be serving legally or safely. I've done this multiple times with professional and calibrated thermometers. Hot food must be stored and served AT or ABOVE 140°f, any less and you're taking liability. Raise prices because you think your product or your employees deserve it. In this case it looks like this locations customers just pay to play the salmonella lottery. Mind you, the photo taken of the mere 106°f burger, 34°f away from the MINIMUM required by law. I took this picture after picking up food and walking next door to work. No need to worry, I'll make sure I forward this to the health department for you.

McDonald's needs to improve there time and speed I order and they said move up we will bring out your food an 45 minutes wait I could not believe it I setting there I counted about 13 cars been waited on and was getting very angry I had to get out my car and go in the places and I still had to wait another 15 minutes this is absolutely 💯 ridiculous this a fast food place point blank Period
