Mcdonald's

Extremely disappointing!!! Walked in and waited 15 minutes for somebody, ANYBODY to come the register to take my order... 2 different people walked past me (one of them the manager) and not one of them bothered to acknowledge that I was standing there waiting. After another 5 minutes I finally had to go over to the counter and demand their attention... The manager was INTENTIONALITY ignoring me and another guest as if she was determined to NOT address us. Instead sent an kid up front, NOT to take our order, just to see what we want. The kid says to me "We can't use this register". "We were told not to use the register at the front". NEITHER one of the 2 people before (Manager included) could bother to tell myself or the other people standing there this information?!?! Need to train your people better on customer service. It would have taken 15 seconds for either one of them to acknowledge us. Disgusted.

It's an 'ok' location, but the staff is VERY rude. I mobile-ordered breakfast 15 minutes before breakfast was over, yet, when my partner arrived at 10:31 AM, the order was NOT ready and waiting as it should have been and they refused to make it, saying that it was 10:31 and breakfast was over, so we wasted our gas - which isn't cheap, these days - driving to a location that flat-out didn't do its job. They didn't even apologize or check to see if there were any breakfast items still left that we COULD buy, so we left empty-handed... 🤬 Won't be forgetting that, either.

The manager Manuela is unbelievably rude. I overheard her screaming at her employees. I can tell the employees are struggling because of her. The food is well-prepared and service is good, but upper management should take care of that manager’s attitude. I’m not sure how they could allow such verbal abuse.

I usually go to the McDonald's on 34th street but my wife is always talking about how this one was the best..and she's right. I've eaten at a lot of McDonald's due to my long commute to work, some are great and some just aren't. (I'm guessing it's a franchise thing, different owners with different managing styles) But this McDonald's is fantastic. It was my first time ordering through the app and picking up in the drive thru, it was beyond easy, my order was 100% accurate and stayed hot till I got home. This will be my go to McDonald's as often as I can work it into my route. They knocked it out the park, the whole crew deserves a raise.
