I am a regular DD customer and this location needs to work on its customer service, making sure the order is complete and correct. We got to the window after 5 mins of the cashier not being able to hear us or us hearing them because they were mumbling, we pulled up and someone else asked what we ordered apparently it wasn’t rang in so we had to reiterate our order. We had to ask for napkins. We received some of the order to which our 10 count munchkins were thrown at the bottom of a bag not even placed in a separate box or anything with the napkins thrown on top of them, we were told to pull around to the side for the rest of our order (we were the only car there and there was plenty of employees inside). The cashier brought us the order forgetting the straws, I asked him for straws he never came back. I had to go inside because the straws and the order was incorrect. The cashier who took my order argued with me that I never requested bacon; yet on my receipt it clearly shows BACON as a protein on the wake up wrap (I had to prove that as well). They wanted to see the wake up wrap, I had to run back outside and bring it in and show them there was no bacon. I asked what the point of the drive through was when I had to come back inside to grab a straw, and have my order corrected?. I was told this was the HOOD and people steal food. Another employee asked what I was planning on doing with the order that was incorrect? I told them I was keeping it. She said something like “maybe we had plans for it” to which my response was “are you planning on eating it?”… we will not be returning to this “hood” location ever again. I paid for my food to be treated less than a paying customer.

Just ordered 2 large caramel iced lattes with whipped cream and caramel and this is what I got barely any coffee in the cups and no caramel and so much ice like hardly any coffee.

Really DD? I tried this the other day from the 4th and 12th location and it was really good and had all the toppings. Decided to get it from here this morning and you guys failed. 😔

stopped in to try the new omelette bites. Ordering was a little longer than usual, BUT, AFTER I ordered 20 minutes later STILL waiting. Guy filling orders appeared to be totally disinterested. Finally, got someones attention, told them to cancel order and give me refund, which took 10 minutes. So in all, a 30 minute stop to TRY their new product and never did get to try it. Oh well. I have been to NUMEROUS Dunkins all over the US and this is absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever received at Dunkin. Will absolutely NEVER go back to this store will this management in place. Maybe in 3-4 yrs Ill try this store again. Maybe!

Went there to get the Valentine's day donuts. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the donuts were great. I will certainly go there again. They were great.

On Thursday when in for a large drink was given a medium drink when returned for the correct size the young lady had a very bad attitude and on Friday I went in for a large drink and in my drink required certain things which I did not receive in my drink it tasted like it was iced tea milk and some other stuff mixed in it that's how bad it was I spent $5 in change to get an awful drink which I could not consume

As of 7/29/18 the place,has greatly improved. People cleaning, taking orders, and helping customers has raised this place back to 5 stars for me. The last two times I havehad a great experience. Counter employees are friendly and problem solving when they run out of items. Great job improving.
Ok. A new edit up to 3 stars. As of 4/25/18 there have been major changes. Finally have caramel swirl. The counter person seemed less stressed. And there are signs all over saying they are under new management and the old mistakes are in the past. I like that. Not as big of a selection as others but for now the changes are enough to make me a regular again. Good job new management!
Had to edit down to 1 star. Just terrible. The last three times they have been out of things like caramel swirl. Tha hell man. Now I have to go to another one located near by.
Great place and friendly faces. A young crew that is always moving fast to get orders out. Haven't had a messed up order in a few months, not bad!
