Burger King

AVOID this location unless you want the food poisoning experience. Both the quality of food & service is complete trash. Waited 20 minutes for 2 whopper juniors 2 burnt fries & a decades old cheeseburger. They take their sweet ol time "making" food like it's rocket science. Ended up throwing the food away, burnt fries and the cheese on the cheeseburger looked like it has been sitting on the patty for a billion years. Worse fast food experience ever in my life. McDonald's across the street can't be any worse, go there if you wanna avoid the Garbage Special that they're so passionate to serve here.

Seriously what is the problem with the majority of fast food establishments in this part of Florida??! With the extremely long drive thru wait time you would think your order would be correct…But that would make sense. Clearly BK likes to con their customers into thinking they are getting what they ordered until SURPRISE you get home and find a totally different sandwich.

Here me out. The food is Never the problem. Every time I eat here I'm satisfied with the food. The service however is hit or miss. Some times when you go your in and out quickly. Others time you'll be waiting for quite awhile. I guess certain crews are more with the swiftness than others. Again.. food is always good. The wait time however DRASTICALLY varies

Person taking the order made us repeat our order 3 or 4 times & kept asking us the same question about the order. When we got to the window to pay, the person was on the phone so no wonder they couldn't hear the order. We asked for barbecue sauce, none in the bag, had to ask 2x for the sauce & they hadn't given us our drinks so we had to ask for those too a few times. Luckily the food was really good or they would have gotten one ⭐

The drive through is atrocious. No one is there to greet you or to let you know that it's gonna be a while. They only have one person making sandwiches. I'm there saying "hello" and asking if someone is there and get no response. I was there for 5 minutes before someone said anything. I was finally able to leave the drive through because someone moved up and I wasn't stuck anymore. Avoid at all cost. I know the fast food industry has taken a hit due to the pandemic, but if this is the service they're providing they might as well close this location.
