7-eleven

I made a special trip just for brownies and chips.The 2 employees in the store were lovely.I walked outside to wait for my Lyft that was scheduled for arrival in 7 minutes. I was out there all of 20 seconds when an employee rode by on a bicycle and said "no loitering". I went back in to let them know I was waiting for a Lyft and to make sure I was allowed and they said it's okay and then as I turned to walk out that same lady came and said "you didn't really have to come back in here". Yes, I did to make sure they knew I was waiting for a Lyft and not just standing there. Next time I will go across the street to the Circle K. I work in a RaceTrac gas station as well and many people take cabs and Lyfts and it's never an issue at my job. Now if they are actually loitering or up to no good, that's different. I just moved by that store and was happy to see a 7 eleven there. I previously spent money on a daily basis at the 7 eleven near me.

I went in to get a drink one day and nearly everything was gone except the 7 eleven brand. Go in another day to find out they close the restrooms at a certain time. So you're open 24 hours a day but your restroom is not? Just decided to go somewhere else and get gas. The 7 eleven I worked at never did that. Whew the ghetto.

Monday Jan 24 @ 3:30am the lady and the counter was very disrespectful to multiple costumers and Was careless of the way she spoke to many costumers and claimed the she didn't care if she was reported to the GManager or the Company if I could go back and Record the Her and Posted it on the youtube channel it's would have went viral... Something needs to be done with that individual employee she Needs to be be Reported and also Needs to Loose her Job immediately.... She also claimed that there was No other employees on shift at that time and Me being a former employee for a different 7eleven I'm fully aware that during night hours or 3shift there has to be at least 2 employees working and most definitely if the store I'd Open for customers to enter... But she was the only employee I could see and she also said there was No Other employees working at that moment with also needs to be brought up the the GM or whomever Is the Highest Tittled Person on the Companies chain so this get straighten out IMMEDIATELY.....

The manager Mary is very rude and disrespectful I asked if I needed to pay for my food before I grab a drink While I wait I was told no once I return to the register she offered my food to someone else and I said ma’am that for my children she responded back well you’re not wrong up so I’m giving it away and I reply I asked she said well you can wait for another one If she would have asked nicely maybe I would have to wait for another one it was how she handled the situation and I was also in the store with my children

This is literally the least capable team of employees i have ever been in interaction with. Charged me 10 extra dollars for 2 empty cardboard cups. Loud and obnoxious between all of em. And not to mention its 7am and theyre not wearing 7-11 uniforms swearing at customers. All of them are bad staff, not picking someone in specific because it was everyone working.

This the first 7-11 that I have ever been to where I felt welcome from the first time I walked in the door. As time has passed and I walk through the doors more, I have come to see all of the employees as my neighbors and they the still treat me as such. The best part, they treat everybody like that. I go out of my way to get my gas, coffee, and other needs there just because of the consistency of staff and their desire to make sure that you have what you need when you walk out the door. The absolute best 7-11 I have ever been to in my life. You can't help but walk out of there on a better mood than you walked in with.
