Repeated my order twice then again at the window as my total wasn’t right, I’m a General manager myself and this is sad nor is it the first time my order has been wrong, it will be my last visit for sure!!!

Avoid this location: Zero stars...Google forced me to put one star. Waited 5 mins before they even took my order. From there..I knew things were going to get worse after the bad vibes I receiving from the black female drive thru worker with thin micro braids. She messed up my order and then tried blaming it on me, because she failed to listen correctly. Black female manager (thin build with a colored weave) came up front and gave me a very negative scowl. Unbelievable, I'm the one who should be angry....I had to drive 7 minutes bad to Burger King to return an order that they screwed up! My personal time and gas was also affected. They never offered me a drink or free item, out of courtesy for their error. I will no longer eat fast food, regardless of the company. They are unappreciative of the customer who's paying their bills, There's way too much incompetence and integrity is no longer there. Check your food in the drive thru! Don't be a fool like me and drive off thinking they made your order correctly. Smh. No more!

Stopped in late Sunday afternoon (today) because I wanted a Whopper so bad! Used the drive thru…wait wasn’t long and staff was great (thank you ladies)! They were fast, friendly and the food was just as ordered. I definitely recommend this place!

Honestly, I've always avoided this BK due to location in the vicinity of Grand Central Bus terminal where a great deal of homeless people loiter...but my favorite Big King was back on the menu and I had the urge. Quality means a lot to me and surprisingly the food was prepared fresh and the Big King's served here are on bigger buns than the BK I visited several hours later in Kentucky on my travels to Ohio.

I order At 5:08pm. As you see receipt, I received my food 20 minutes later. It was only 4 cars ahead of me. It was 2 pieces of bacon. I ORDER A BACON KING add lettuce and tomatoes and pickles. Need to do better, alot better. Not 1st time. Why such poor service? From top to bottom. Dirty ect. Make the sandwiches right. Clean up..

I realize that pretty much every eating establishment is short staffed. But we waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes (once you start in the drive thru there's no getting out), our oder was wrong, so we told the youn man, he took it back. We waited some more, then gave us our food. We pulled away, and it was WRONG AGAIN.

Went thru the drive through. There was 1 person ahead but it was taking sooooooo long. So I decided to go inside. Omg what a mistake. The girl at the counter asked me what I wanted I told her then laid my money on the table. She took the money and just kept waiting on everyone else. Mind you I was the only white person in here. I asked her if she was going to give me my food or at least give me my money back and she just completely ignored me. So basically she stole $20. I called the police but I mean for $20 it basically was an inconvenience for them. All I know is that if I would had been a black person in an all white Burger King and that same thing would had happened. Things would have been different. It’s not fair either way it goes no matter what color you are. I truly absolutely do not recommend this particular Burger King to anyone. Most especially if you are not African American

This place is a hot mess. Staff threatened employee in front of customers. I had placed a Mobil order and waited at the counter as the app indicated I finally went up to the cashier and ask about a mobile order she told me to get back in line! And pointed to the end of the line I already waited for 15 minutes. It’s a ridiculous hostile environment in that store both monitors above the counter are broken it seem dirty I chose to just walk away they can keep my money I’m not coming back.
