I’ve been a customer for over 14 years . absolutely love the nutty chocolate Açaí bowl, it’s my favorite guilt free treat! The staff is always very friendly and polite , however I rate 3 star because I NEVER see them change out gloves between cleaning then stopping to service and prepare smoothies or bowls. If you scroll down on the reviews , sadly this seems to be a trend. It’s a shame to lose so much business over something so simple. I think the establishment can use a refresher on cleanliness and proper sanitation procedures . Otherwise great gem in Saint Pete!

Nasty and very prejudicial when it comes to getting served. Attached are pictures of the guy behind the smoothie center. He literally skipped my fiancé and went to the next person in line…why? Your guess is as good as mine. I will never come back to this place and I advise anybody else who have had a similar experience to share your concerns. I also asked the worker in the picture why did he sneeze on his shirt with no gloves on and proceeded to make smoothies. At that point me and my fiancé left the store and so did more customers. Apparently this is what he does when he doesn’t want to deal with a long line of customers. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!

Ok health food store, used to be much better, could definitely use some improvements. Produce is usually pretty good, with a variety of organics. Decent variety of groceries, though prices are a bit on the high side. Deli food is ok at best. This is a good sized store not being utilized fully, needs some new and fresh ideas, increase product lines, improve deli, etc.

Totally agree with some of the reviews as to the behavior of some of the employees and the handling of food and smoothies by employees. They do not change out gloves and will pick up foods with bare hands with cross contamination. Some employees are dismissive of certain customers, especially in the vitamin area, certain cashiers are not friendly and will ignore you as well and take another customer. I don't like going there but sometimes I wonder about race and culture here. Not always a healthy environment. In my neighborhood and I sometimes think how the community kept this location going when they were about to go under. Not always a healthy environment in general. Took my concerns to Corporate which may be the store but professional development and customer service classes are a definite must. I'm now at Earth Fare.
