Buffalo Wild Wings

this place is honestly a joke I went to this place at around 3 PM, I wanted to treat my family out to a nice meal and heard very good things about this place from my friends. Turns out they were wrong. It was no where near busy (only 2 men by the bar watching a game). I had to wait a good 20 minuets to even be served, the seats by the entrance were uncomfortable they kept wobbling. Almost made my mother fall on the ground, the floors were so sticky and there was no host that attended to myself and my family. The the place honestly smelt like it was rancid and did not have that wing house scent that you would expect. After that long 20 minute wait my family and I sat down to a table that was not even clean yet. The host told me "It's not a big deal we can just clean it while you sit" she said as she flipped her hair, the wads of dandruff literally sprinkled out and onto my son in his mouth, he nearly choked. But what the HECK!? Why would you make customers sit at a table while it's still dirty? Dirty dishes scattered around, ketchup stains, someone even left their dentures in a paper cloth. I wanted to move to a different table but we were neglected. I finally ordered and after 1 hour of my food cooking, I was even more disappointed. My fries were burnt to crisp and they were stiff, my wings look like they could still be clucking, and my salad had maggots in it which I originally thought was parm cheese. I requested to return my food back and my waitress just said to me "Sorry you just have to eat it, we can't remake more food until the next truck comes." How is that my problem? I also kept getting itching feelings down my leg, I looked and there were multiple roaches on the ground. They honestly could have pulled off for being workers, since that's how the actual staff acted anyway. Musty place and dusty workers that don't care about their customers. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Even though I ordered chicken quesadillas, turns out that they were out of wraps so I ordered the All American cheeseburger. It was delicious! Some of my family members ordered the wings and they were raving about them. Delicious!The service was fantastic and the staff were great! Highly recommend this location; and right next door is the Cobb movie theater! Another one of my favorite places! Also this location was very clean and inviting. Check them out!

Arrived at 5pm yesterday. Sign said "wait to be seated" but no one was around. Waited for more than 10 minutes. Bartender looked at us 3 times at least and said nothing. Saw 1 table of 6 diners at back of bar but no workers other than Bartender. Another lady came in and said she's seating herself. Bartender looked at us again and said nothing. We left. I'd give no stars if I could.

Went to have dinner, not my favorite choice but my nephew likes it so off we went. Stood at the reception area for 15 minutes with several employees walking by and nothing, then a young man walked up and simply stated that they just gave last call and they were closing. This was at 7 PM, the website & sign on the door both state closing time of 12 midnight. If I could give zero stars I would.

Came with a party of 12 mid afternoon while store was empty and was refused service.was told they don't take large parties. They had at least two servers one bartender, and a manager who never came out to speak with me. I have always liked BWW food and so did our group but we might never go back. Btw chili's had no problem accommodating our group and they were busy.

The Tyrone location is garbage. They tell you to come pick up at a certain time, setting expectations, then when you get there you have to wait an extra half hour. The wings were way over salted and they didn't use the right sauce. I wouldn't even have left this comment, but after waiting forever, i get garbage food too. I had to throw away half of it, inedible.

I'll keep it brief,...worst wings I've ever had, and I've had many over the years in all kinds of bars and restaurants. wings skin was soggy and rubbery ,meat inside was also rubbery and lacked any flavor, shouldn't have to battle a wing to get the meat off, borderline inedible,and wings are their specialty?
