Ordered a #7 , even tipped the guy.. normally love your food, but this bread is SO stale it almost sounds like I'm knocking on wood when I tap it. Come on Y'all, do better. You knew it was stale by just touching it so why send it out? Now I have to write a review and am disappointed due to being a regular. Probably won't be back for awhile.

Bad customer service. Also, $10 for a simple tuna sandwich not even including chips and drinks is outrageous. I told the guy it says combo, he said no that is the price for just the sandwich. He was very rude overall like he really did not want to be there talking to customers.

Grabbed a quick sandwich the other day to eat that evening because because my family was out of town. The two ladies running the place seemed to be bothered by my presence. Later that evening when i decided to eat my sandwich, after two bites and swallows, i realized they hadnt taken the plastic off the meat. I hope im able to pass it later. Thanks lady for possibly endangering my life. Could of choked, or had a blockage.

Usually love jimmy iohns but am definitely not able to eat jimmy johns for a WHILE after last nights order. Pretty sure they used day old bread because the bread seemed to be a little shrunken and hard as a rock. If this was the only issue that’s be fine... buuuttt witching my first bite found a long brown hair.. completely disgusting will never eat at this jimmy johns again and not at jimmy johns in general for a long time....

I like Jimmy Johns. Today the sign on the door said "sorry no capicola". No problem but did they substitute one lousy piece of ham? F. no.. so i paid $5.99 for 3 thinly sliced pieces of salami and a piece of cheese.. blah! I guess asking if i wanted to substitute regular ham for capicola was out of the question!

I spent $20 on 2 subs smaller than both subway and Publix. Like $22 dollars. Your paying for the fast service. I bought the biggest gargantuan sub and it was a centimeter bigger than the $8.75 cent subs. Image attached. Last time ordering here. Going to Publix next time. The Lizz is the beach club and the Shawn is the gargantuan. Almost a $2 dollar difference and the same size.
