Firehouse Subs

I haven't been here long in St. Pete. But, I have made a friend in the owner, Susan and her son! They care about me. Made sure I had enough supplies to get through the last hurricane. I adore this woman. AND the sandwiches, my favorite is the Pastrami and the Meatball sandwiches, are THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD IN ANY SANDWICH SHOP EVER!!!! They deserve TEN STARS if I could give it. I am leaving here in January and I shall miss her smiling face. And the GREAT food that I order at least 4 times a week!. Cheryl

The food is great but , beyond that, the staff is extremely fun and friendly. They are always welcoming of every patron and are eager to listen to any special instructions or questions that you have. It's clear that they truly care about their work and put effort into every interaction. Absolutely Fantastic experience from start to finish.

This is the best firehouse i’ve been to ever. The sub were really good and the service was excellent. The floors are clean and everything is well stocked. Very clean and hand sanitizer is available!!! Rachel and Steven are very helpful with asking questions of what i want on my sub. Tables were all clean and the soda was great.

I use them for catering our training lunches and they are so great to work with! It's always fresh, very affordable and the customer service is A+++! Susie delivers it to the office herself (even though they don't deliver) and there's never anything missing (she usually includes goodies for us at the front :) )! Thanks Firehouse Subs Team!

The food is good but dont order online. They wont start making it until you walk in. Ordered 20 minutes before I got here and they didnt even start. The woman making the sandwiches looked annoyed that we even ordered. Then she hands us our food and the bag is covered in mayonnaise. Thanks again, guys.

I just want to mention that this is not only my favorite firehouse sub location, but the reason my wife and I continue coming back to this specific location is because of the young guy named Stephen. He is always upbeat and so friendly and recommends new flavors of chips for me to try.. keep up the awesome work Stephen! You’re the reason I continue using this location because my subs are always so fresh! Thank you Stephen!!
