BUSY! This little drive thru is busy. Staff is friendly and upbeat. Coffee is dark roasted and you can taste it. They offer cold brew and other drinks like tea. The best secret about this place is the croissant. It’s the best. It’s flakey, it’s soft and it’s always good. It also makes a killer ham and cheese sandwich. I would recommend you try one of those!

They don't accept reusable cups:/.. even when I was clear I didn't want to use a single use cup, I tried to hand the cup back after pouring into my drink and they wanted me to toss the cup. In response; It's great that your cups are corn based but that still takes energy and pollution to produce. I'm not asking for anyone to handle my cup. Simply pour the drink into my cup from your reusable cup into mine and I'll be happy. Cut out the middleman single use (: let's put our environment first! Also there is no scientific research stating that the COVID-19 is spread through handling of cups. So your excuse of being in a pandemic is flawed. I'll be glad to give 5 stars when you change your policy to be fully eco friendly!

It pains me give this low score to a Kahwa store, but This is the 4th or 5th incident I’ve had at this location this past couple of months. The staff at this location is making this location suffer in the form of customer service. We love the ham and cheese breakfast croissants and the last few orders from here have either been burnt or still frozen eggs in the middle. Once or twice can be forgiven, but it’s been every time we’ve ordered and we come frequently. Another huge point loss here stems from the staff that shows very little care about us. We understand these are mostly teenagers, but our experience has truly been diminished because of the lack of care. I went in today for a drive through at 10:20AM and I was let in by a worker who said that I was to be the last guest because of a deep clean that had to be done at 11:00AM. I waited about 10 minutes in the drive through, and when I got to the speaker the young man would not take my order. So I was stuck in the drive through for another 10 minutes, when all I needed was a couple sandwiches and a cookie for my family. It’s very disappointing, and I hope there is improvement in these areas. For now, we will not be visiting this location anymore.

I have gone to this location a handful of times, even though I live a few blocks away. Each time i’ve gone I’ve noticed the lack of customer service. If the staff members aren’t talking to each other they are just blatantly not acknowledging you. On Sunday the man at the drive thru asked what he can get me without even greeting me, and I could not hear him. Due to him being muffled and not speaking clearly. When I finally placed and pulled up to the window, I paid and he handed me my drink without saying a word. I will not be returning to this location again. The coffee may be good but the employees give this place a bad rep. This is unbelievable at this point, I have never had a pleasant experience.

Impeccable service - smiling and attentive, he almost anticipated what we'd need. Menu options were wonderfully prolific and varied. Even better than that, they give you enough for two or three meals; presentation is fun; taste is outstanding. Yes, it is packed (for good reason) and you may have to put effort into parking, but definitely worth it. I visited early this summer (2019).
