Starbucks

I was here for the free coffee special, it is a decent size store with plenty of parking. It was packed. The ordering line is long, but the staff is very helpful and efficient. The waiting time is 15 minutes but is understandable. I do see the barista got frustrated with the workload, however, the drinks that I got didn't drop the quality. 11/01 - Update: The service is great every time I am at this location. I got the free drink and I loaded up my drink to the limit. No complaint, no fuss.

Patrick was a delight in the drive through. The team actually melted the honey in my iced matcha latte which no other Starbucks ever does, I end up with a chunk of cold honey at the bottom of the cup. Great experience and I will go out of my way to come back to this location. Also I just really love seeing pronouns on name tags!

Great staff quick service. I actually feel bad for them at times because this particular Starbucks is inside the mall and the lines can get long. They always manage to stay calm under a lot of pressure and get the drinks food made to everyone's liking as quick as they do! Kudos to the staff! Especially for it being inside the mall!

I have been here few times and not happy with ambience. The staff is okay clean but no bathroom I can use knowing I’m using the place. Also it is a hang ou for teenagers taking most of the place. They sit on the floor or on the table if no occupied. Wish more attention would be given to these issues. Not pleasant at all

My friend and I came here 20 minutes before they close. 2 young men were working. We were very kind to them, asked if they were still serving guests, they kind of said “sure” and then went back to looking at their phones. Kindly asked them if they sold hold chocolate, gave us a very blunt “yeah” and then went back to their phones. My friend ordered and tipped them (which we wish we could take back), and then completely ignored me trying to order. I waited over a minute for the gentleman to look up from his phone and greet me/take my order. Eventually I just sighed and walked over to my friend at the end of the counter. I work 70 hours a week in customer service and I don’t have time to walk some dude who doesn’t take his job seriously through how to interact with a customer. Seriously, guys. This was REALLY bad service.
