Jimmy John's

I ordered 2 pickles for sides and 4 sandwiches. The pickles were wrapped in paper and leaked juice all over all the other sandwiches stuffed in the bag. Here's a picture of one of the pickles. Would you eat that? This is the second time I have ordered from this store with disappointment. My other experience was a 1½ hour wait for delivery with no communication from the store that there would be a delay. I called multiple times talking to the manager. He said the driver was on the way multiple times. I wanted outside my building for 45 minutes to get my meal. The driver didn't have Jimmy John's identification. They didn't even get out of the car to hand me my delivery not to mention they were rude. I will never order from Jimmy John's again.

Worst customer service and delivery experience I’ve received at any Jimmy Johns. The delivery took over 1 hour and 20 minutes even though the delivery address provided was 5 minutes away. When calling to check on the status of the order the employee yelled at me, told me to refuse the order and dared me to report the store on the feedback page and then told me they were no longer going to accept calls. Very disappointed.

Delivery isn't remotely fast. Just go pick up your food if you want it fast. I called to inquire where my food was and the person I got didn't ask for my order information just made an excuse for the delivery driver saying they got rushed with orders. How do you know if my order was even sent out? Guess I'll find out when it doesn't show for another hour.

I gave one star because zero was not an option. I’m a nurse at a hospital. Sunday we decided to order lunch. Several of us placed a group order together at 1143. An hour goes by still no sandwiches. I call to inquire, the lady said it left the store ten minutes ago. Knowing we are close I go down to meet the delivery driver. Twenty minutes later still no jimmy johns. I call again to inquire. This time they say they never received my order, they are also unable to pull it up to remake my order and cannot deliver the food. Even though all of us have been charged at this point and I call pull it up on my end and see that I have intact placed an order and I verify I ordered from the correct location. They said they cannot deliver it , I would have to come in now and pick it up if I want the food. Well we are a bunch of starving (at this point) nurses. So I verbally tell them the order making sure I tell them everything correctly, she even reads the order back to me so that it is correct. I go pick the food up, the people in the store were rude, not helpful, not apologetic about the situation, downright dismissive. Also everyone who ordered gave a delivery tip. The store ‘manager’ (who isn’t really a manager because he couldn’t refund my order, before I decided to go pick it up myself, couldn’t pull up my order and couldn’t make the decision to make more sandwiches and have them delivered. So really what good is he?) said I would have to call back tomorrow when renea is on to get my charge adjusted since I ending up being our delivery driver. Got back to the hospital…. Surprise surprise 2 out of the 3 sandwiches were incorrect!!! Called them to inform them, and were basically told they could remake them but it would be 2 hours , yes that’s right , hours before they could deliver them!!!
