The Vinoy is a beautiful hotel, but don't go to Fred's Cellar.
The food and service was terrible!!! Caprese Salad was a 4 quarter sliced tomatoes and dollop of ricotta cheese for $10. The waiter overcharged us on our credit card slip. Itemized receipt showed one amount and credit card receipt another amount. Supposedly corrected it, but wouldn't provide me the voided receipt of the incorrect charge. When we checked our credit card the next day he voided the incorrect amount and charged us the larger bill!!
Will never go back to this place ever again!!!
