Renzo's-st Pete

The ambiance was awesome beautiful place to eat. The waiter was very attentive. The steaks where tasty we got the all steak platter which the gave us 4 types of steaks which was awesome. The only thing that was an issue for my husband not for me was that it took while for our food to come so if you want to eat and run do not eat here cause it's not fast food. They give you time to savor you appetizer then your entrée and then dessert so we where there for three hours I didn't notice but my husband is twitchy.

Hello!!!! We were with my husband in this restaurant on June 8, 2022, we really liked everything, the meat was very tasty, the prices are also very good. But I put 4 stars, because when I booked a table, I said that my husband would have a birthday and I asked him to congratulate him with a piece of cake. But the staff forgot about it, the evening was wonderful, but this moment was very unpleasant! I also called again in advance after ordering and reminded about congratulations! As a result, my husband was left without a cake on his birthday.

I went here in the end of October of this year for my birthday and wow I love the place, more specifically that its a variation of a steakhouse that is not all that common in the St. Pete area. Renzo’s is an Argentinian steak house that has a vast list of South American wines and has lots of steak options on the menu. I had the strip steak as well as some of the octopus and both are delicious. Also couples get a complimentary glass of rose wine (from when I went there).

This is the best meal I’ve had in St. Pete! We sat at the bar, the owner was bartending (short staffed like every other business.) He recommended the waygu skirt steak which was out of this world and an Argentine beer which was really good too. I also got a salad with hearts of palm, can’t remember the name but was exceptional. We visit St Pete a couple times a month and this place will be in the required stops!

Oh what a pleasant surprise Reno’s was! It was on the list for one too many events that were canceled during covid, so a friend and I decided to on a whim last night…. Absolutely worthy of the wait! We walked into a beautiful atmosphere and kindly greeted upon entry. The hostess and the bar tender were incredibly witty and accommodating. We throughly enjoyed the Argentinian wine list! Full bodied reds and bubbly rosé. The flavor of the meat(we had steak and octopus) was amazing and cooked to perfection! There is no doubt that this is my new favorite steak and wine experience going forward.

Really cool atmosphere with a lot of quality steaks. My friends and I thought getting the $200 waygu tomahawk steak would be a great way to celebrate, but we were wrong. The presentation was amazing but the steak, not so much. We ordered the steak medium rare, as one should. The outside was charred and tasted a little like lighter fluid. The inside was still hard and cold. We didn't bother sending it back because how would they have fixed that? The service was on the slow side and the noise level in the restaurant made it difficult to hear.

Our server Christopher was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable on the menu and gave us a bit of a break down on a few of the dishes that they offer. He was very tentative and made sure everything was going well. The food is phenomenal! You definitely get a lot for your money. 10/10 would come again!
