The Burg Diner

Not sure what the hype is all about. This place is…fine. Low points: The coffee is absolutely terrible. Luckily it’s very weak and watered down. High points: The tzatziki sauce is fantastic. Probably one of the best ones I’ve had in Pinellas restaurants, including the fancier “authentic” Greek places. Meh points: Greek dressing for salad was creamy and weak. Biscuits and gravy was bland and tasted like hot milk flour. Greek salad was underwhelming and had no potato salad. Ordered hash browns crispy and they were not. They serve the biscuits and gravy over hash browns which is really strange and should be noted in description. Service was good. Waitresses are super friendly and attentive. Super Greek omelette was a delightful surprise. But! Their feta could be betta…or stronger in the salad and omelette. Lacked that tangy punch you want from feta cheese.

Terrific local eatery with homemade American, Greek and Cuban cuisine at very reasonable prices. I enjoyed a Greek Salad with ad on chicken and pita bread, including home made dressing. It was excellent and our waitress Melisa was polite, professional and good conversationalist. I’ll add this place to my list of go to restaurants.

We stopped here for the first time this morning. And this place wowed us from the start!!!!! Everyone was so friendly. The food was phenomenal, best breakfast in Florida in the 5 years we have been here. Everything was very flavorful and cooked to perfection!!!! Our coffee went cold. It was clean and very well staffed. We will certainly return and highly recommend it to anyone who is hungry for about anything.

Story time, we are shopping for houses in this area and chose to try this local diner. First time coming here, and they treated us like family. The food was 10/10 and the service matched it! You can tell this people treat this place and their customers like it's their home. Can't wait to come back once we move! Highly recommend their chicken lemon soup and their homemade fries.

Wish I had tried this sooner! Food was on point! I ordered a meat lovers omelet and was able to get tater tots as a side!! Omelet was super loaded with meat and cheese!! Lots of tots accompanied my omelet and rye toast was very fresh and delicious! Even came with a banana too!! Wife got the western omelet with hash browns. Very good and plentiful!! Staff is super friendly and accommodating! Even have tons of hot sauces.

Met a friend here for a quick breakfast- it was a little busy (more than half the tables were full) but I was still impressed with how quickly we were seated & served. The western omelette was the best I have ever had, the hash browns were crispy (but not overly crispy), and our server kept the hot coffee (Kahwa) coming. Very reasonably priced as well 👌
