Starbucks

A friend and I stopped in here to share some conversation over a deliciously hot Pike Roast, and a refreshing Iced Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato. We enjoyed our visit with each other outside on the patio as it was a pleasant Florida day. Both the beverages and the location were great! The customer service was good and quick and it was very efficient using my Starbucks app to pay. 13.5 stars added to my account!! Well done Starbucks!

Savannah was extremely rude from the moment she came on the drive thru speaker. I ordered my grande white mocha with 3 extra shots and no foam. The drink's lid and the cup were damaged when Savannah squeezed my as she walked to the drive thru window, so my $8+ drink proceeded to spill all over the car before I was even out of the lot. While the employees inside were nicer, Savannah definitely needs some customer service training. I will not go back to this location nor do I recommend it. It was clean inside though

VERY UNPLEASANT EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION. I have had a Starbucks gold card for 5 years now and have many rewards on my card. Thus I did not have any money on my card at the time so I used all my rewards only to receive eye rolls and rude reactions from the drive thru. I spend many mornings, afternoons, and evenings at many locations and use my rewards and never have I had this kind of reaction. Not happy with this location.

I love Starbucks. I visit once a day at least. I always get the same thing. An iced coffee with vanilla syrup and soy. Sometimes when the box is running out you get chunks of soy in it. Every other time this has happened in mention it to the barista ando they remake it. At this location they offered to stir my drink and disburse the chunks throughout the beverage. I'm sorry but there policy is to remake a drink if your unhappy for any reason. The blonde woman who served me should have had it remade like every other Starbucks has for me. With the prices they charge it shouldn't even be an issue.

Love, love, love the Ulmerton and 40th St. location in Clearwater. The staff is always friendly and efficient. One time I was delayed by a very chatty customer in the car ahead of me. There was nothing the staff could do without being rude. When I got to the window, my latte was free. It wasn't necessary but it was totally appreciated. I love my Venti, hot, blonde, coconut milk, vanilla latte!
