I have had rolled ice cream many times but I have never had rolled ice cream that was so delicious and creamy like Dot ice creams👌🏽

I love how fast they are in here, I just was wanna say thank you n my favorite one to make mine is the guy that be in the I think he is the only guy that works, but anyways he's supper talented seen him finished out 7 order within like 15min or lesser but I love this place so much that this the only one I go to, n I love you guys wonderful customer service!!!!!!

It was neat watching them make the ice cream. The ice cream itself was not very flavorful. We shared three flavors and they were all just ok.

Great store! Delicious ice cream! The process of making the rolled ice cream is just so satisfying. My friends and I ordered the Latte flavor. It taste great! We also get the coupon! Will come back again soon!

I was very excited to see that they had a vegan menu, only to find out that they don't serve vegans after 9:30pm. The person working last night said that they shut it off 30 minutes before closing to save money. From personal experience working in customer service, I think she didn't want to clean up after work so she could get home faster. There was a group of 3 people waiting to receive service after my group and instead of welcoming them and asking them "what can I get you?" she starting counting the drawers and closing up (It was at least 10 minutes before close)
